Bali Swirls Ruler Technique

This is another fun and easy pattern using your favorite 2 1/2″ strips and a background fabric.  This pattern features the Twist and Turn Ruler.  The pattern includes finished sizes for 4 quilts.  (74 x 90in, 90 in. square, 90″ x 106″, and 106″ square.)  The blocks are large so quilts this size are easy to make.  Come grab some jelly rolls and make a quick and easy gorgeous quilt!  The ruler is included in the pattern.
